What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a call or ask for a cost breakdown, we collect your name, email address and, if you give them, your company, phone number and project details. We also record anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and where a visit came from.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, send the information you asked for and follow up about your project. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact, unless we become a client relationship, in which case contract records apply.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and calendar booking. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR (the UK General Data Protection Regulation) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@rudrax.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
